Dear female deviantart friends (sorry guys). I am currently working on a book about the paradoxes within female friendships and I am looking for objects (letters, photobootstuff, other photographs, a photograph of a gift you got from a friend who moved away etc) with a story attached to them. A photograph of the object is sufficient btw, you don't need to hand the actual object over. And the story behind the object / photo / letter etc attached.
I am also looking for written experiences, nice stories and nasty stories of things you went through with your female friends. I would love it if those experiences would be handwritten.
I would like to include the coolest objects and stories in the book. If you would like to be part of it, please contact me at: rebeccarijsdijk@gmail.com so that I can give you further details (or just send your scans to that address). If you have anything to ask please feel free to do so. Oh and your friends can join too ;)

I know that feeling, but just try not to think of what you're missing, think of all the fun you're having in Japan. And just be glad it's only summer break, not 10 months or more. :D

i love it. my friend and i hug like that sometimes.
i have two best friends, and they're the best and greatest ever.

but one of them's leaving at the end of the school year over seas. she was going to leave half way, but we cried and screamed and yelled and it was postponed.
it's sad.

i love this photograph. they look like they're the same person.

Thats a good idea.
Well my best friend from when I was a little girl isnt anymore. When we went to high school and went to different schools she completely dropped me. I havent talked to her since then. Its sad because we used to be great friends. I suppose it was never meant to be. As my mother said " people like that come and go. only your soul mates will stay with you throught the good things and the bad". Which i think is so true.
